Responsibilities:

--- Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
--- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
--- Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
--- Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents
--- Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments


Qualifications:

--- Possesses a real estate license
--- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
--- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
--- Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
--- Team player who believes their success is the team's success
