Key Responsibilities

* Serves as the primary point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
* Analyze customer's needs, gathers pertinent information, and opens work orders; schedules work, and provides status updated to customers on repair work.
* Works with the Service Supervisor and/or Team Lead to schedule job assignments and gathering updates for customers.
* Develops positive relationships with key customers.

Top 3 Skills you are looking for:

* Previous Service Admin duty experience.
* Able to utilize basic skills in Microsoft Excel
* Customer Service Experience.
