Job Summary:Danbury Brunswick is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of Environmental Services to ensure our community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate environmental services tasks and duties community-wide.
• Direct and/or perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
• Direct and/or perform routine maintenance and repair on the community and equipment.
• Supervise safety and fire prevention programs.
• Inspect work areas and equipment weekly.
• Schedule work hours for staff and assign work duties and cleaning schedules.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as necessary.Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance/plant-related position.
  • Training in environmental control practices and procedures preferred.
  • Knowledge of boilers, compressors, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
