Full-Time LPN for Assisted Living Memory Support Job Summary: Join our team at Mount Alverna Village in providing direct nursing care to residents in the memory support assisted living community. Supervise and coordinate activities of Nursing Assistants to maintain high-quality care. Keep healthcare professionals informed of resident conditions and respond quickly to emergencies.

• Provide direct nursing care
• Supervise Nursing Assistants
• Manage admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
• Inform healthcare professionals of resident conditions
• Respond to emergencies

• Comply with policies and procedures Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
  • Experience: 1+ years of Nursing
