A company is looking for a Clinical Call Center Triage
Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional service to patients and manage their medical,
social, and psychological needs via phone
Document patient interactions clearly and complete all requests
within the role's scope
Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for clinic visits
as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active, non-probationary state Registered Nurse license
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and
holidays
Experience in remote work and proficiency in PC skills and
navigation of systems
Commitment to continuous education and maintenance of licensure
Strong time management and autonomous work capabilities
