Cold Prep Cook Job SummaryAs a Cold Prep Cook at Morrison Healthcare - Cleveland, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving customers in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets, tasting completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as required.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Complete orders from steam tables and grill and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.Benefits:
