Job SummarySummary: As a Retail Cook at Morrison Healthcare - Cleveland, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions. Your goal will be to meet production, delivery, and service schedules while ensuring quality food service is provided at all times.Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Food Service: Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature, and is attractive and tasty.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Record Keeping: Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Supply Management: Assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.Requirements
  • Experience: Prior professional cooking experience is required.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
