Commissary Cook Job DescriptionMorrison Healthcare - Cleveland is seeking a skilled Commissary Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.Requirements:
  • Prior professional cooking experience is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
