Job Description:
A company is looking for an ICS Supervisor to lead the
Integrated Customer Services team in providing exceptional customer
service.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a safe work environment and model the company culture
Coach and mentor team members while monitoring performance and
quality assurance
Manage staffing levels and oversee process improvements for
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
2+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports
Experience in a remote management setting is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
