Job Summary: Assist the Team Leader in daily operations, including profitability, expense control, and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain store layouts and product merchandising.

• Lead and develop Team Members.
• Work with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Analyze sales reports and labor.
• Maintain good vendor relationships.
• Resolve team concerns and issues.
• Set and achieve retail execution standards.
• Foster a positive team environment.
• Select, train, and develop Team Members.
• Provide performance evaluations.
• Communicate and model WFM vision and goals.

    Requires 18+ months retail experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule.
