*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ



Ansible Developer / Ansible Automation Solutions Developer :


- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible for managing data center infrastructure (Linux & Windows)
- Create and optimize Ansible playbooks for server, services, databases, and security provisioning and configuration, as well as application deployment
- Develop playbooks for infrastructure management tasks such as adding CPU or memory to existing VMware virtual machines, moving ESXi hosts to clusters, and implementing server backup solutions
- Automate administrative tasks for various database platforms and handle routine maintenance operations using Ansible
- Utilize Ansible Tower for orchestration and management of automation workflows
- Develop and maintain scripts in Python, PowerShell, and bash for various automation tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for user interface consumption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve automation processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and server configurations
- Document automation processes and maintain up-to-date documentation


Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
- Experience with AWX / Ansible Tower for orchestration and management
- Linux and Windows system administration
- Proficiency in scripting languages for Linux and Windows platforms : python, powershell, bash, etc
- Experience in developing and maintaining REST/SOAP APIs
- Must be able to provide specific examples of Ansible playbooks illustrating actual experience on projects from resume
