Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Defense Trial
Attorney to represent them in litigation in Northern
California.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and defend moderate to high exposure Workers Compensation
cases
Work directly with claims professionals to provide legal analysis
and advice
Conduct pre-trial discovery and handle final hearings before the
workers compensation judge
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor and 5 or more years of experience in Workers
Compensation Litigation
Member in good standing of the California State Bar Association
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
Knowledge of the insurance industry and claims litigation legal
environment
Experience working with Lexis or Westlaw
