Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities: Interview new clients, case
evaluation Perform legal research Perform case research by taking
depositions, attending site inspections, and engaging in discovery,
the exchange of information pertinent to a case from both parties
Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions and
briefs Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Skills and Competencies Exceptional oral and written communication
skills Analytical, Critical Thinking and Research skills
Adaptability and attention to detail Ability to work on a case
independently Ability to communicate in writing and verbally
effectively Requirements Juris Doctor Degree (J.D) and 1-3 years of
experience, preferably in civil litigation or an equivalent of
education, training, and experience. Must hold current, valid state
licensure to practice law in Ohio. Employment Type: Full Time Years
Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Annual
Bonus/Commission: Yes
