Job Description:

A company is looking for a Call Center Intake Specialist to manage client interactions for law firms.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to callers
Accurately input and classify caller information
Follow specific prompts and account instructions to complete intakes

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a high call volume environment, preferably in the legal industry
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Typing speed of 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
Proficient in using multiple systems and monitors
High-speed internet connection with capability to connect via ethernet
